What is the difference between knowledge and wisdom? Can we have one without the other? These are just a few of the questions we’re going to be talking about today as we continue our journey into seeking wisdom. We’re continuing our journey in Seeking Wisdom, with our second episode called “The Night Visitor.” Last time we spent some time thinking about Solomon and learned and considered that Solomon’s wisdom was a gift that came from God that he asked for. I’m not sure you need knowledge to have wisdom. I think you can see the truth of something without having a lot of knowledge about the history. I think seeing the truth is the wisdom about it.
The distinction between wisdom and knowledge reminds me of the exploration of truth and fact. I really love the way these end gently with such openness.
