This was very interesting and informative! The ERICA is doing work that is necessary and important! Thank you.
Very interesting and heartfelt message.
When my grandparents arrived in US they had to have sponsors and support to enter. But of course, they were not leaving their birth country because of fear and inhuman experience. Just for a better life.
But now these immigrants are fleeing to escape with their lives. And many may arrive alone. Families torn apart. Fear that they would or could be sent back. By Finishing their education they will contribute to their new home country as value citizen with gratitude and respect. So sad but also blessed to have a chance for a better and safe life.
