Jon & Lauren, lots to think about — where is the source of wisdom and how does it come to us. Thanks for stirring up our minds and hearts to consider wisdom.
Jane, you are welcome. We are looking forward to hearing the “stirring of your minds and hearts” from which wisdom flows.
I think when we experience unexpected things in our lives.
Wisdom and knowledge goes hand and hand.
I don’t believe that you can make a valid decision without both.
I look forward to learn more.
Josie, thanks for your comment. Your image of knowledge and wisdom being “hand in hand” reminded me of something similar from Ps. 85:10 which says “justice and peace kissed each other,” as twin gifts from the Divine One.
A simple example of knowledge and wisdom that we can relate to is…. Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, but wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. Just some food for thought.
Food for thought, indeed! Christine, I love your analogy, which gave me some practical insight into the differences and relationship between knowledge and wisdom. Thanks for your comment.
